About Tim: I moved to Denver in 2006 and became a REALTOR® with LUX. Denver Real Estate in 2021. When establishing my business, I decided to focus on Denver’s active adults.

In doing this, I’ve realized that a lot of these people are not at the Right-Size at this stage of their life. This not only hurt their happiness and well-being, it also affected their families lives. I made a commitment to ensure that I would educate and help them and their families to Right-Sizing their lives to make it better and more fun! Since then, I have built my career with this in mind.
